Juancho Vargas con Ondatropica - Noche de Amor

[Tru Thoughts]を拠点に長年活躍し、現在はニューヨークに居を構えて活動しているQuanticが新たに自身のレーベル[Selva]を始動。その記念すべき第1弾として先日リリースされた"Theme From Selva"に続く今回は、伝説的なコロンビアの音楽家Juancho Vargasによるもの。ここでは、Quantic擁するプロジェクトOndatropicaが2012年に[Soundway]からリリースしたアルバム、『Ondatropica』を制作した際のセッションで録音されていた未発表音源"Noche de Amor"をPart 1と2に分けて収録。柔らかいリズムの上で彼のピアノ演奏が軽やかに繰り広げられていった、トロピカルでエレガントなラテン・ジャズ・ナンバーに仕上がっています。透明なPVC袋に印刷が施されたスリーブを使用、限定250枚プレスとのこと。同時入荷したQuantic & Denitiaと併せてぜひ！
